Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yj2 ("yj2", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the yj2 website located at yj2.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and mobile-optimised pages accessible through it.

By registering an account on yj2, by logging in to an existing account, by making a deposit, by placing any wager or bet, or by accessing any game or feature on the platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein.
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 below.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you accept full responsibility for your wagering decisions.

yj2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of yj2 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the yj2 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. yj2 is an 18+ platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not accessing yj2 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of a current employee of yj2 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by yj2 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any undisclosed third party.

yj2 conducts identity and age verification as part of the standard account registration process via mobile OTP verification. Additional KYC (Know Your Customer) checks — including submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — may be triggered at any point, including at the time of withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. yj2 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings until satisfactory verification documentation has been received and reviewed.

Geographic Eligibility

yj2 is a platform designed and operated with a primary focus on players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. yj2 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. If you access yj2 from outside Bangladesh, you do so entirely at your own risk and on the basis of your own legal assessment.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of yj2 features — including depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on yj2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number (Bangladesh number), and a password of your choosing. You must not use a false identity, an alias, or the personal information of any other individual when registering.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yj2 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. yj2 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including yj2 support staff — yj2 staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify yj2 customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — in particular your mobile number — you must update your account promptly. yj2 may suspend accounts where registered information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with submitted verification documents.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on yj2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). yj2 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as bank transfers via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on yj2 is ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your yj2 account within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) when requested during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days.
• yj2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held until documentation is received.
• yj2 reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per day. Current limits are published on the yj2 platform and are subject to change.

Responsible Funds Usage

Funds deposited to your yj2 account must be used for genuine gaming and betting activity. yj2 monitors account activity for patterns inconsistent with normal play, including but not limited to: depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering, exploiting bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account strategies. Accounts engaged in such activity may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

yj2 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("rollover" or "playthrough") which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• Real-money funds and bonus funds are kept in separate balances. Real-money funds are played first by default unless a player elects otherwise in account settings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• yj2 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion, alter bonus terms, or withdraw a bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the version of the terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of wagering completion, or used in combination with other active bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on yj2 — including but not limited to Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Rummy, slots, Super Wheel, and sports betting markets for cricket, football, and kabaddi — are governed by the individual game rules published by the relevant game provider or by yj2's sports betting rules documentation.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on yj2 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Betting markets are offered on a pre-match and live in-play basis. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or settled. All bets are settled at the odds applicable at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed in your betting slip.

• Bets placed after a market has been suspended will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of match abandonment or interruption, settlement rules specific to the affected sport and competition will apply as published in yj2's betting rules.
• yj2 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or feed error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and stakes returned to their account balance.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Card Games

All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generators provided by third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by yj2 or by any player action outside of legitimate gameplay mechanics. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live under their respective operating standards.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot and RNG games are set by the game provider and are not modified by yj2. Players may verify current RTP figures through the game information panel available within each game.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or device failure during an active game round or live betting session, yj2's systems will complete the round according to the game engine's standard resolution logic. yj2 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues outside of its direct control. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live dealer games or live in-play betting markets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yj2 platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended immediately, all balances held pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a yj2 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider after funds have been wagered on yj2. All chargeback claims are investigated individually; fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one yj2 account, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, Rummy, or any other game where player interaction affects results.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated mechanism to interact with the yj2 platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the yj2 platform software for financial gain. Winnings derived from exploitation of known or suspected bugs are not paid and will be reversed.
• Money laundering: Using the yj2 platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions designed to obscure the origin of funds. yj2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, verification, or at any other point in the account lifecycle.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use a yj2 account while under the age of 18, or permitting a minor to use your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by yj2

yj2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, confirmed underage access, failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe, or at the direction of any relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, yj2 may withhold the account balance in full or in part pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, forfeited funds will not be returned. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, any legitimately earned and unencumbered balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Closure by Player

You may request closure of your yj2 account at any time by contacting the yj2 customer support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, yj2 will confirm your identity and process any pending eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the self-exclusion feature available in their account settings. Self-exclusion suspends your account for a defined period (options include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent exclusion). Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be reversed before its end date. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. yj2 will notify players via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee or administrative charge to a dormant account balance. Notification will be sent at least 30 days before any deduction is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

General Provisions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yj2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruption, or actions taken by third-party payment providers. yj2's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yj2 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to yj2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming and betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any yj2 content without express written permission.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the yj2 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and yj2 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
